Windows 2008 SBS Server Migration from Windows 2003 SBS (Best Practices| Best Way)
As the title suggests; I am looking for guides from people whom have done this type of migration since there is no upgrade path (thanks Microsoft). What worked and what didnt; users and data, exchange (i beleive ExMerge is my only way areound this), but i would like to get soome ideas and direction.
Any and All Help is greatly Appreciated!

    What did you do with your Exchange data; mailboxes etc? i want to create the exact same domain except in win2008 sbs from win2003 sbs

    exmerge into pst files, then re-import them back, luckily it wasn't but 30 users or so and not very big mailboxes.
