Update for Windows 7

We have a few new PCs in the office that have Windows 7 installed. We're running into problems when the PCs try to do Windows Update but they don't have Administrator password and we don't want to give them our Network Administrator password and at the same time we don't want to give them local Administrator access to the local PC since that defeats the purpose of ACL. What is a good solution for this?

Can this WSUS server install WIndows update through VPN connection?. We have a few users that works remotely and use our company laptop.

For Windows 7, you should be able to set Automatic Updates to allow users to install Updates. Look at Automatic Update settings.
