Is there a date for with 'T'? (Better way to write this?)
SELECT to_char(systimestamp,'YYYY-MM-DD HH24:MM:SS.FF') INTO lv_datetime FROM dual;
               lv_datetime := substr(lv_datetime,1,10)||'T'||substr(lv_datetime,12,15);
