File Upload in JSP

Here is my code to upload a file to the dest folder mentioned in my code but it says that the particular DIRECTORY  i.e home/home/depts does not exist.Please let me know how do correct this code to upload the file to the required directory.P.S The HTML for the same is pasted below the JSP.
