Enable Slideshow in Explorer

I can't for the life of me find out how to switch windows explorer to the "slideshow" view.

XP / 7 / Vista

Anyone know?

Right click on the first one picture and select Preview,
 then click on the Slideshow button at the bottom.
It will display them however you have that folder set to list them.
