Blocked by port blocking rule (Anti-virus Standard Protection:Prevent mass mailing worms from sending mail).
We have a program that uses CDO to send mail. It worked until we upgraded our McAfee to 8.7.0i. The mail is now blocked. The McAfee event viewer message is Blocked by port blocking rule (Anti-virus Standard Protection:Prevent mass mailing worms from sending mail). The vbs error is The transport failed to connect to the server. (code 80040213)
How can we set up an exception in McAfee to allow this to work? Our network administrator is telling us that we need to identifiy an EXE to add to the exception list.
