windows server 2008 iis7, change the time

every time I click on the bottom right to change time, and timezone, it gets changed back

I am using a rdp (remote desktop) to connect to dedicated hosting

Are you running in a domain? Is the server running in a virtual machine?

yes the hosting company has the hosting in a virtual machine

i dont know what 'domain' means in that question

I would check with hosting company make sure the Virtual machine isn't running Time Sync with Host option.
