import or save v-cards to contacts outlook 2007

How can I convert a v-card into an outlook contact using otlook ...2007

Just open the V-card and choose save.

i did just that but when i perform a search in my outlook contacts, the newly saved contact does not show up....

That could be a different issue.  Can you manually look up the contact?  If so, then it's a problem with your searching, most likely Windows Search has not yet indexed your contacts.  But their could be a variety of other reasons.  First things first, let's confirm the contact is either there or not there.

it just worked- is it possible to save multiple contacts all at once as well?

Not really. How much volume do you have?  If you only have a few hundred, your best bet is to just do it.  

You can, but your going to have to work at it.  I don't know of software that can do it.  Basically, v-cards are the worse way of importing/exporting contacts.  See below.
