We're having problems with our Citrix Profile Management utility. I believe the cause is a file called LockFile - if I can delete it, I think we'll be OK. Unfortunately, I cannot delete it. When I try to delete from the local machine, I get "Access denied" - when I delete via network share, it appears to go away but when I refresh it comes back. I've tried taking ownership as domain admin, but not only did it fail, I cannot view the current owner or current permissions.
I have tried the freeware tool unlocker via network share and local machine, as well as Emco's UnlockIT. UnlockIT will not run because the file server is a Server Core (2008R2) install.
