Novell GroupWise caching mode connection failing

When in caching mode receive connection fail error 9 times out of 10.  When switched to onine mode email works fine.  This is only started happening today.  I have re-started email server and poa a few times.  Will work for a brief period and then connection failed error appears, check status window for details.

Is there something that I can do with the POA, etc??  Running GroupWise 7.02

You need to run offcheck / GWcheck on the local database.  
I believe it was located on the local machine at C:\novell\groupwise\gwcheck\gwcheck.exe
It has been a long time and my experience stopped at version 6.5

Or if not a lot of mail just delete and recreate the cache.

Does it happen only to your Caching mailbox or all users?

If to all: how many users on the Post Office?

And lastly: you have not perhaps have other pop accounts setup in your mailbox (under Accounts, Account options) ?

Just curious, did GwCheck fix it or did you just recreate the local cache?
