I recently installed Exchange 2010 in my existing Exchange 2003 environment. &nbsp;Everytime I try to run any powershell commands, It keeps giving me errors. &nbsp;eg 'get-mailboxstatistics' is not recognized as the name of cmdlet. &nbsp;Do I need to do anything special before I run these powershell commands?<br />
