Problems with Yahoo Mail When Sending My Newsletter

I am hoping to find out whY I have such a hard time with Yahoo mail when sending the newsletter for my bass fishing website.

I have about 8 - 900 users who use yahoo.com mail.

Once  a week i sent a newsletter announcing our weekly tuesday night chat.

It seems to get delivered to everyone else but my yahoo users always have problems. I seem to always see emails bounce back with messages saying that the messages were deferred for 4 hours and that they will keep trying to deliver for up to 5 days.

Most recently I am seeing messages like this:
Deferred: <iremovedthisusersnameforprivacyreasons@yahoo.com>: connect to m.mx.mail.yahoo.com[66.94.238.147]: server refused mail service

my host checked and my domain, his ip, his firewall and his barracuda are not showing on any blacklists that he could check

I am so aggravated with Yahoo. All I want to do is deliver a simple newsletter to the opted in members on my site inviting them to our tuesday night bass fishing chat. I have been doing this for 3 years and lately yahoo is getting harder and harder to deal with.

Does anyone know what I couild be doing wrong? or how I can talk to yahoo about this? or what I can do to fix this so my yahoo users get their requested messages from my site?

Thank you, Jared
