Actually that helped. &nbsp;I thought I had looked at the device manager weeks ago but when I looked tonight it was indicating an issue with the anti-virus software I use. &nbsp;I removed the software and network connectivity was restored. &nbsp; I then updated that software. &nbsp; All seems good for now. &nbsp; <br />

I have a gateway LX6820-01 and since about mid April I lose network connectivity every time I try to apply windows updates.<br />

After the updates, the adapter shows it's not connected via IPv4 and v6, media state shows it's enabled, send and receive activity is 0.<br />

When I ipconfig only the Tunnel adapter shows up. &nbsp; <br />
<br />
Any thoughts? &nbsp; Only way this machine is usable is if I use Windows Restore to roll back to a snapshot from 4/19. &nbsp;
