We are looking at implementing Sharepoint 2010, our domain controller is Windows SBS 2008.<br />
We will have approximately 300 external users who will require access to it with their own separate user account.<br />

Do sharepoint users need an account in Active Directory? With the domain controller being SBS 2008 with user limit of 75, what is the best way to implement this?<br />
