I want to create a job that starts at 2 AM every day, repeats every 2 hours, for a total of 12 hours.  I entered aTask that says exactly that.  I entered the job at 10 AM on 5/2/2011.

when I click Refresh, the Trigger says that the next time it will run is 5/3/2011 at 2 AM.

I told it to run every 2 hours, but it says it will start 24 hours from the start time.   What happened to running every 2 hours??

Thanks for any ideas.

I even changed the trigger to begin at 5/1/2011, but it did not start running every two hours.

because it will start everyday at 2 am, because it´s the start time you specified

If you had specified start "now" (the time you created the task) it must run every two hours from that point in time
