Deployment process of ear file using automation of jython script?

Here is the below deployment process through adminstrative scripting

For what are you asking?  A script that allows you to specify values on the command line, or from some kind of input / properties file that performs a specified deployment?

There are some sample wsadmin scripts (both Jacl, and Jython) available from developerWorks:

Check the "Downloads" table at the bottom of the article.

AutoDeploy_v31.zip is the one most likely to provide you with more options that you are likely to use on a regular basis.
