# 1 Hi, I am a trader and I need a VBA macro that I can find in the text
the information I need and this information must be in the right cell that contains the
response of the search as in the attached, I need the volume into cell c1. I try with the search tool
but only the cell selection and I have not written the result in a different cell. The reason why I need that is because the answer can be in another cell.

# 2 I need a cell with time hh:mm which refreshes every minute

Thank you a lots  expert.xlsx

    Accepted Solution

    1.  The Volume can be done with a Vlookup - no macro needed.

    2.  on workbook open event the following sub is called

    Sub refreshTimeOnSheet()
        Application.OnTime Now() + 60 / 86400, "RefreshTimeOnSheet"

    End Sub

    Will update your range "Time" in the worksheet - see yellow cell.

    Please update to this code, or you'll run into problems.  I needed to stop the timer as well when you close the workbook, lol
