Citrix session disappearing automatically while connected to VPN

When users connected to the VPN with multilpe citrix apps launched, randomly all open citrix apps will disappear with no sort of error message. multiple users have experienced this same loss in connectivity.
When reconnecting, there's no consistency with which apps will resume from the state of being disconnected, and which will launch new instances. office,communicator , however, will not re-start as it displays the error "You already have an instance of this application open and are not allowed to run more than one instance. Please contact your system administrator."
this happening recently, no network disconnect. when disappear user again opening app through WI.
