What prevents a part of my webpage from delivering as https content?

I have two web sites that are built in a similar fashion, but one is having problems delivering some content in https. As a result it generates an alert (see image).

An expert isolated the content that is causing the problem, and I believe this is a menu tree control. To see the error, you can browse to https://depthbydistance.com/desktop/Entry.aspx

I'm hoping to work with an expert to troubleshoot the cause of the error, and recommend steps to correct it.
