Deleting Outlooks calendar data

how do I delete all the outlook calendar information in a 2003 pst file and only the calendar stuff?

Short of using external programs that can possibly do what you are asking, the way to do this from Outlook is to attach the PST, make your changes (deletions), and then re-PST the folders (that were extracted) again.

Hi, doug12.

I can delete all calendar folders with a script.  Is that an acceptable solution?  If so, then I can post the script and instructions.

load the pst, delete the data, close the PST (back it up first)

My apologies for the B grade, I know my brain malfunctions a lot, but I'm pretty sure it was a good answer, and not an excellent one.  It was part of larger solution, of course that's on me for not posting the bigger picture, but with just this one part I still had to do a lot of fiddling to figure it out. That is to say this one part. That said, it jarred my memory for related things that seemed to lead to victory.

Ok, "lead to victory".  To carify, there was definatly victory. Did I derive my answer because of his solution? Well it is hard to day for sure with all the variations of his and others solutions going through my dyslexic mind, but, I think so.

So, thank you sir!

Glad that you attained victory, doug12. Thanks for the accept.
