Missing entries in adresslist at choice

Hello Experts,

problems at following constellation with missing entries on public folders by listing via adressbook:

- sbs2008 incl. exchange 2007
- outlook 2007

A public folder contains about 140 entries. When creat a new message and click on "to" only 60 entries of this public folder are displayed.
Seems that some are not indicated. But we're out of ideas.

We would be very happy to get some ideas to resolve this.
Thanks in advance.

    Accepted Solution

Select one of the address book entries that is not shown and check if it has an email address. As it will only show addressbook entries with email addresses in them.

This command will correct if the any Exchange resource is created as Legacy Mailbox.
    Give a try

    Get-Mailbox -ResultSize Unlimited | Where{$_.RecipientTypeDetails -eq "LegacyMailbox"} | Set-Mailbox -ApplyMandatoryProperties

    Thank you for the response.
    mkris9 was right.
we realized this first, because we were missing the entries in our faxclient.
then we noticed, that outlook did the same.

now we have to ask equisys why zetafax is hiding the entries without mailaddress instead of these without faxnumber :-)
