Is there a way to print out or diagram the schema of an existing database. I need to provide the schema to a third party. I found a couple of threads about using enterprise diagrammer but I am using SQL Standard 2005. Is there an easy program to do this with or a query to pull this together. Would rather use a tool as this database has a hundred table and I don't know yet all of the keys.

You can use SQL Server database diagrams to do this. It comes with Management Studio itself. You can find it under database node in the Object Explorer.

This is a nice video tutorial

I get a warning about needing to change the database owner in order to install this feature. Does changing the owner create issues? Or do I need to look for another method?

You must be in the db_owner role to create a diagram. Look at these articles from MSDN
