Outlook 2007: Assistant wants to get Calendar Invitations sent to Boss

Hello.

We have an Exchange 2010 Server and Outlook 2007 clients.

One of my users gets notifications of all meeting invitations sent to one of the attorneys she assists.  But she also wants to get notifcations for another attorney.

I've been unable to tell what permission needs to be set on the attorney's calendar/mailbox in order to get this to work.  I inherited this network so I do not know how it was setup in the beginning.

I've played around with making her Editor and Publishing Editor of his calendar and nothing's worked so far.  So I believe I'm missing somthing.

Any advice?
