Data Life Engine Mysql Error max_user_connections

I am running a website hosted with, it is running as a shared hosting
It was working fine from last 6 months but now it is not working properly
Majority of times users get an error (Mysql Error) and it says that
you have reached max limit of max_user_connections
Help me to resolve this issue

    Have you asked fatcow to explain this problem?  If your code did not change, probably they have added so many clients to the server that they are not able to provide adequate connectivity to the data base server.  This happens often at GoDaddy sites.  The server provider is responsible for the fix.

    Just one other thing to check... You are not using pconnect, are you?  (You would know it if you were).

    What did I do wrong here?  Why did you mark the answer down?  Please tell me what I should have done.  Weeks went by and we heard nothing from you, then you give a bad grade?
