We support over 60 plus remote offices and are tossing some ideas around to provide better support.<br />
As anyone knows doing phone support is not as good as being onsite and having a view of what the customer is doing.<br />
We are thinking of using web cams or smart phone apps that would recored real time video &nbsp;and send it over the internet so we can see what our customer is talking about.<br />
Our customers office is spread out at times and we need a recommendation on cameras that would allow them to plug in the camera show &nbsp;us the connections or what they are trying to do. &nbsp;The camera would need to be mobile as far as &nbsp;plug in play.<br />
For example we use kvm switches and walking the customer through changing connections is a challenge.<br />
If we had a camera they could show us the connections and we could give them better directions in hooking up the kvm switch.<br />

What would be the best and most reasonably &nbsp;priced camera we could use?<br />

Need a recommendation on web cameras
