SUMPRODUCT Formula


I have the following formulae

=SUMPRODUCT('Euroclear to Treats'!$K$35:$K$5000="Corporate Actions",--('Euroclear to Treats'!$M$35:$M$5000>"30"))

I have attached the sheet, i am getting a result of 0 which is incorrect

Can some one see can the amend?
