Outlook Attachments cannot be seen in a replied message
Experts,
A user has two messages in his inbox, one being the original message he recevied from a client which holds an important PDF document attached. The other email is a general reply to the original email, however on the replied email he cannot see the attachment and has to revert back to the original.
Is there anyway of changing this ?

I dont recall outlook attaching the original files either but he was persistant and belived it could. He does use Automate Pro to manage his rules only, how can I change this so that it also attaches attachments in replied messages like decribed ?
