I want a way to show all our users along with email address, business telephone numbers and departments within Outlook, Sharepoint and also a printed form if possible?

At the moment we updated a Word document which is emailed around to all office staff and then printed for the other staff.   We have just upgraded from NT to SBS 2008 with Exchange and Sharepoint 2007 which leaves a lot of improvements.   I'm looking for ideas please?

Sorry for the delay.  I havent got around to fully understanding how this would fit into achieving a staff list.
