ok suppse i have configured ssl vpn in office n user have to access vpn from outside , if i open swan will be configured than when user is connectin to vpn from outside will ask for Active Directory credentials.
Did you configure Cisco (hardware) VPN or Linux software VPN?

Depending upon how your VPN server is implemented. If it is on Linux, integration with Active Directory will be cumbersome. Basically your windows clients would need VPN client software, to answer your question briefly. How you want to authenticate it -- can be done many different ways.
RSA certificates are common way of achieving asymmetric keys for encrypted communication. Haven't heard about RSA server ever.
