Windows Scheduled task..Cound not start

We have several of Windows task stopped working as of april 15th. When I look in the Server it says "could not start" the task. All these days It was running fine.

When i check in the eventviewer Exactly at 1:58AM there is an entry

Event Source:      SceCli
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      1704
Date:            4/15/2011
Time:            1:58:10 AM
User:            N/A
Computer:      XXXX
Description:
Security policy in the Group policy objects has been applied successfully.

Could this be a cause of the problem?

What will the Userenv.log file in the %systemroot%\Debug\Usermode folder give me? Sorry I Didnot understand.

would probably look like this

It would not hurt
