Windows Scheduled task..Cound not start

We have several of Windows task stopped working as of april 15th. When I look in the Server it says "could not start" the task. All these days It was running fine.

When i check in the eventviewer Exactly at 1:58AM there is an entry

Description:

Could this be a cause of the problem?

This event indicates that the operation was successful. However, Group Policy security settings are not actually applied to the computer. When you view the Userenv.log file in the %systemroot%\Debug\Usermode folder you can confirm it.
