Updated outlook contacts not syncing to blackberry

I have a user that updated contacts in his Outlook account on his computer.  Outlook, Exchange 2007 and BES server.  The updated info is not syncing to the Blackberry?  Where do I start?

Completely power down the Blackberry phone (I know, it takes a while to reboot) if that doesnt work, try logging in BES server to verify that the phone is syncing. You could remove it, then add it back. That fixed an error once for me. Just a suggestion. I hope it works out for you

One other thing to check is on the Blackberry as well. Go into Contacts > expand the menu and choose Options > select Desktop > make sure Wireless Synchronization is set to Yes.

More times than not (from what I have seen), the setting noted above is the reason why Contacts do not synch.
