A failure occurred accessing the object list Backup Exec 11d

I'm using Backup Exec 11d on a Windows 2003 R2 Server.  We are backing up to a AIT Tape drive.  Whenever I include Shadow Copy Components in my backup, I get the following error message and the job status comes up as Failed:

e000fedd - A failure occurred accessing the object list.
For additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-65245

I've already installed Hotfix 940349
And, ran Live Update to install available updates for Backup Exec.

Anyone else having this problem?

Check out this TechNote and see if it helps
When performing Shadow Copy Components backups with the File Server Resource Manager (FSRM) installed, Quota Reports are not generated and the job will fail.
Also make sure your VSS Writers are stable - open a command prompt and run this
         vssadmin list writers

Thank you sreedhar2u.  Your comments helped me to solve this problem.  There were no errors on VSS Writers.  But, I found an Related Article at the bottom of the article you noted.
Since I had already applied MS Hotfix 940349, I tried the follwoing which seemed to work:
Create a blank .xml in C:\System Volume Information\SRM\Reports & ran the backup job on system state
The job was successful after creating the blank .xml
