after 3 hours I cannot figure out the proper changes required in my table HTML code

I've spent an embarrassingly long time trying to figure out how to make the proper changes in an HTML document so that the end result will look like the screenshot I've attached. I know sometimes tables are complicated, but ... come on! They shouldn't be impossible. But I can't figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

    Hi photoman11,
You seem yo have an un-necessary table along with an extra closing div tag right after the small image that was causing the issue and the table's expansion.

Removing the block seems to have fixed the issue and rendered the page as it should be.

I have also noticed that there are many incorrect tags and elements such as duplicate closing </li> and a strange </divhim> tag etc..,
You also have a missing closing tags for a cell, row and table,I believe this might be resulting from using a visual designer.
I'd recommend adding a proper doctype, HTMl, Head and Body then validating your document and correcting any errors listed at .
This way you can make sure you have a valid document that should look as close as possible in all browsers and email clients.

I have fixed most of the issues I found and attached the corrected file below

    Cheers! newsletter-table-code.htm
