Helllo there,

I need to make sure that people get challenged for a username and password when they access the Citrix Web Interface.

Whats happening now is that there credentials must be getting cached in the browser, today when they navigate to the Citrix Web URL it bypasses the challenge (using their domain credentials). I want to force them to enter their username and passowrd all the time at the Citrix Web Interface.

Thanks

Change your web interface site to use Explicit Authentication.

Access Mgmt Console or Delivery Services Console or Web Interface Mgmt Console
select the web site
seleect Configure Authentication Methods
select Explicit

You can then click properties and opt to include the domain or not and what type of credential you allow
