Change domain in Plesk from using default/htdocs folder
Just got a new linux server with Plesk 10.2 installed. For one particular domain, when I set it up in Plesk, it creates the folder /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.c om/httpdoc s but the actual pages are being served from /var/www/vhosts/default/ht docs.
All other domains server their pages from the location I'd expect (i.e. the first example above).
How can I switch this domain to serve pages from the default/htdocs folder to the mydomain/httpdocs folder? I'm not sure why this is happening with this domain, but the server's hostname is also called mydomain.com (well actually server.mydomain.com) so maybe that's got something to do with it.

This is happening because the server's name is the same as the domain. You will need to either rename the server, or manually edit the conf files to remove the default site. Editing the files may not even work for you because Plesk typically recreates them at will.

Will renaming the server have any other implications? Or is it just an arbitrary internal name?
