Blackberry Entrerprise Server 5.0.1. Can i delete the text log files?

Two part question really.
I installed BES 5.0.1 about 6 months ago on a 2003 SBS machine.
I picked up the maintenance of this server from the companies previous tech who went off to do other things. I hadnt noticed that the c drive was just 20gb, with a d partition taking up the other 40gb or so of the same drive, and spanned onto another secondary drive also, giving around a total of 120gb space on d.
I installed BES on the c drive, and now they have zero disk space on C. And theres nothing really i can delete from it.
I've noticed that the logs folder within the "c:\program files\research in motion" just contains loads of plain text files, they look like error/informational logs , rather than exchange type logs. There's 4gb worth of these files which I would like to delete if possible.
So my questions :
1. can i delete these log files?
2. can i relocate the logs folder to the d drive, or better still turn off the feature if its not necessary. is there any other data being created by the BES which i can relocate to thw d drive?
I just need the c drive to remain fairly static in terms of size. The exchange store and user folders and sql server etc are all on the d drive and tehres plenty of space on there. if i can prevent BES from filling up the C drive, that would be the perfect solution.
Thanks in advance for sharing your expertise on this one.
