Microsoft outlook is requesting data from the server.
I have have a problem with MS Exchange freezing. The clients are seeing this message. Microsoft outlook is requesting data from the server. The server seems to be running fine system resources are all low.
What hardware (RAM, CPU) and OS version / Exchange version? How big is the store? Try (just for testing) to disable the AntiVirus Scanner. Any improvement or change?

Thanks Guys
Exchange 2007, Windows Server 2003 on a Dell 2950 Intel Xeon quad core w/ 4GB RAM.
Outlook Clients are 2003 and 2007.
Narrowed the problem to the store db being corropted. currently running a repair on db, if that don't work I will do a restore.

Repairing the db fixed the issue.
It wasn't as clear cut as the TechNet and Support.Microsoft made it out to be.
Repair, degrag, integrety checks seemed to take for ever for the small size of the db.
Remoting took several attempts before the transport service stayed up.

Trend Micro has an script to uninstall and reinstall the virus software that will prevent you from manually reconnecting all the clients work station. The script wouldn't work for me, the uside is once the application is install it will still update on a regular bases.
I would consider running Exchange Best Practice Analyser and report your findings. Is your Exchange server up to date? NIC drivers/firmware? Is your client side Outlook antivirus plugin disabled?
You haven't stated which version of Exchange or Outlook you are using, and whether the Outlook clients are local or remote?
