Error Handle message during login
I have created a fresh win 7 image for a latitude e5420 using Acronis Recovery Software
Before i captured the image there was no error.
When i pull down the image to a diffarent e5420 and login as any user i get a error message.
"Error Handle"
no other info given
cant find much in events logs
I know that this error is caused by ff_protection program which is loaded on startup
If I disable that program in msconfig the error disapears.
Would you advise me how to get a rid of it. I don't want to disable ff_protection as it seems to be important program. Please advice

It appears to be a "free fall protection" app. I would assume that it locks the hard drive when it detects a fall. Do these laptops have the same hard drives? Or would one have a SSD instead? If so that could be the problem. If they are the exact same, let me know.

Hi
These 2 laptops were ordered and came on the same day. So I am almost 100% sure that they had exactly same spec (Unfortunatelly I have no posibility to check 1st laptop now)

Thanks CrowaX
You sorted my problem. I acessed dell Free Fall driver using service tag. Then followed your instructions. I am going to use that image on several laptops, so it was big deal to get it right
Thanks again
