VPN Connection between ZyWALL 35 and ZyWALL USG 20

Hi.

I have a problem setting up a vpn connection between a zywall 35 and a zywall USG 20.

I'm currently stuck and do not know what the problem might be. Simply need a second opinion on what could be wrong. I enclose my configuration.

Does the USG 20 have a static public IP or public DHCP?

ASKER

It has a static public ip.
I believe I saw in one of the screen shots it said DHCP. Just something that caught my eye. You could try using the option of entering an IP address instead of the port selection option.

I also would try turning dead peer detection off.

It appears to be a problem resolving the Keys/Authentication, but I'm not seeing anything right off. You double checked and/or tried a different key. You could also try changing which authentication you use, but now I'm just shooting in the dark.
