I believe I saw in one of the screen shots it said DHCP. Just something that caught my eye. You could try using the option of entering an IP address instead of the port selection option.<br />

I also would try turning dead peer detection off.<br />

It appears to be a problem resolving the Keys/Authentication, but I'm not seeing anything right off. You double checked and/or tried a different key. You could also try changing which authentication you use, but now I'm just shooting in the dark.

VPN Connection between ZyWALL 35 and ZyWALL USG 20

A virtual private network (VPN) is a network that uses a public telecommunication infrastructure, such as the Internet, to provide remote offices or travelling users access to a central organizational network securely. VPNs encapsulate data transfers using secure cryptographic methods and other security mechanisms to ensure that only authorized users can access the network and that the data cannot be intercepted.
