add border in word 2007

hey can someone told me how to add a second border to this page..i want it side by side and not on the whole page as this shows..it shoiuld have 2 borders like if i am doing a program/invitaion

You could use two textboxes or a two-cell, single row table and use their borders instead of page borders.
Can you save the documents ad pdf, I'm not able to open it.
thanks but i prefer to do the fancy page borders that word has....
Ah, I see that you want an Art border. You would have to do some graphics, outside of Word to create a picture that could be placed in the centre of the page.

If you have it, you would probably find Publisher more suited as this sort of thing.

You could also format the text section of the page as two columns.  Use Page Layout > Columns > Two Columns and add the border to the space between the columns as a graphic.

Just realized that you might have been asking to place separate borders at the top of each column.  You can also do that with the columns command.  Just add the graphic at the top of each column.  Use the Page Layout > Breaks > Column Break to put a hard break between the columns so that they don't wrap the graphic to the bottom of the previous column.
