NTFRS problem

Small network 5 users, single domain, single DC, migration from SBS2003 DC to 2008 R2 Foundation DC

After migrating from SBS2003 serveuro to WIndows 2008 R2 server (AD migration was OK)
I had to manually delete the old 2003 server from AD. I delete it from :
1) active directory users and computers
2) sites and services active directory

I had to delete manually the old SBS2003 DC since DCPROMO to demote the old DC did not work

After rebooting the new 2008 DC I have now the following error in the event log

Source NtFRS, Event 13568
"file replication service detected that réplicas DOMAIN SYSTEM VOLUME (SYSLOG SHARE) is in JRNL-WRAP-ERROR. A very long message suggesting use of REGEDIT "ces active directory
Enable JOurnal Wrap AUtomatic Restore" to change

1) Is there another place in AD that I should delete the old DC ?
2) How to solve this problem of NTFRS?

THank you
