SharePoint 2010 ,Exclusion Filter for Users in Connection filter

Am using sharepoint 2010 , I have configured user profile synchroization with Active Directory,when I tired to configure connection filter on active directory connection to retrive active users from AD ( not - disabled users ) , i found "Exclusion Filter for Users" has message "There are no items to show in this view."

    Are you using the attribute userAccountAcontrol and the Operator / Filter combination of Bit on equals 2?
