For some reason I may want override message and send block message.

How can I send this and ensure that after my module no another filter or another module called?

httpModules are generally executed in the same order that they appear on web.config, but it is not guaranteed that a specific notification routine in your module will be executed in that strict order - this is because any module in the list (including official IIS modules) may affect the order during it's execution.

here is a possibly useful discussion at the official site: http://forums.asp.net/t/1101427.aspx
