VSTO VB.net project with backend Access database

I have a Excel 2007 Workbook project in VB.net 2010.
I want to include an Access backend that I can link to a DataGridView
on a Windows form. How do I do this? Do I use a connection string similar to one used
in ASP.net?

Yes, you have to do the same way which you are doing in a windows application. Only you need to take about your database path in your connection string.
