Help with dropdown for Country and State

I need to build a cascading set of drop downs for Country and State/Province.  It common on most web forms now a days.  My problem is I can find a good solution to implement this in ASP.NET.  Does any have a recommend piece of code that I can plug into my app to get this up and running quickly?

    Great article, and it will help, but do you know where I can get all the country and state data so I can build create my tables?
