Books or websites on advanced Ruby on Rails development post scaffolding generation

Can someone tell me the title and or URL of a good book on Ruby on Rails development at the post scaffolding point in the development cycle?  In other words, I have gotten through the basics of RoR programming so I am ready for what comes after generating scaffolding.  Thanks.

Some great new Rails3 books are now out as well:
   The Rails 3 Way: http://www.amazon.com/Rails-Way-Addison-Wesley-Professional-Ruby/dp/0321601661
I'm reading this and it is very good.

There's also an excellent tutorial book which goes beyond scaffolding:
  http://ruby.railstutorial.org/
You can purchase the book are see the whole thing online
  http://ruby.railstutorial.org/ruby-on-rails-tutorial-book
I've found this to also be very good.

Agile Web Development with Rails is also a good book to consider:

http://pragprog.com/titles/rails4/agile-web-development-with-rails

It covers the basics, but also gets into many advanced topics.  It does everything in the context of a working sample application, which I found to be very helpful for envisioning how things would work in my own app.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Well since you encouraged me to come back if I had any more questions.  Are you aware of any good RoR programs up on the web that are code generated as scaffolding that has been further developed and customized as fairly sophisticated application?  I am not really experienced in RoR to have seen this.

Thanks.
