How to debug message sequences in IIS?

I want to see how messages are processed and passed between modules and inside of IIS itself.

    Failed request tracing should give you most information on this.

    Otherwise get procmon installed.

    I mean logs, level of logs, performance tuning? Find heavy working modules and ISAPI filters? How?

    You can as I said look at procmon/failed trace etc to get some of this info. There is no magic bullet for a summary of this info you will need to look at all the logs.
