Hey Experts.
I got a Exchange 2007 server running with around 15 users.  Everything works great except no one cant send appointments to a single one user.  When they try to send to this user they get a undeliverable.   I have done some looking online and people have talked about it being caused by a corrupt item in that users mailbox.  I have created a new datastore and tried moving that user to it and same thing happens.  I have created a new datastore and moved all 15users to it and it still continues to happen.  Any ideas out there?  Like i said it is ONLY appointments that have this issue normal email works just fine.

There is no issues with new user or other users just with this one person.

have you tried sendining these invitations out from OWA?  does it work?  have you blown out the OST/profile?

Hmm i have not tried OWA but will check that out.  And i have not blown out the OST file?  You think i might be a issue with the OST file on the recipient side?

The problem you are describing is evidence of a corrupt mailbox or mail database.  You created a new database, and moved the user, which almost always cleans corruption.

I would like to rule out that there is not something happening with that users OST that is causing the problem.   Sending in OWA would rule out a local client problem.

Ended up being a corrupt datastore.  Created a new datastore and moved all users over to the new datastore.
