Citrix Access Fundamentals Default Printers

Hello, we just rolled out citrix access essentials 2.0 to a new 2003 server. For some reason, the default printers in the citrix sessions keep changing.  We just want the users to be able to go into their session, set the default printer they want and have it save that change. What do we need to do to get citrix to save the changes the users make to their default printers? Also we've noticed that the users can't make any confiiguration changes to the printers. One of the printers keeps putting a watermark on their jobs. If the go in and turn it off, it will come right back once they log off and log back on to their session. Thank you.
