We have migrated our company from on-Premise Exchange to BPOS. I have some users using  Windows 2008 Terminal Server to get mail through outlook. However, they now how 2 profiles when opening outlook. does anyone know how to remove an outlook mail profile from a Windows 2008 Terminal Server? When I choose the "outlook" profile I get a data file error due to the original exchange server it was connected to be off-line.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try making a shortcut to "c:\Windows\SysWOW64\control.exe mlcfg32.cpl"  or the applicable path on your server.
